Rugby fans have been warned they can be refused entry to matches if they buy World Cup tickets from unlicensed sources.

Tickets for next years tournament go on sale on Friday with England Rugby 2015 having failed to persuade the government to make touting of them illegal, but under their organisers terms and conditions anyone buying a ticket from an unauthorised outlet can be refused entry to the stadium.
