Theories/thoughts: why only some people experience paranormal [shared from Weave for Windows Phone]
had my first paranormal experience (that I can remember) when I was pretty young in my parent's house. As I was growing up, the experiences, sightings, sounds only accumulated. Almost all of these happened at my childhood home, although a couple occurred when I was at my childhood best friend's house.
Although I've seen an awful lot of things, my two younger siblings and my parents haven't seen much, except for one random occurrence each for my brother, sister, and dad. For a long time, I didn't even tell them the things that happened to me because I knew they wouldn't believe me.
What are your theories on that? Why would I be the only one really experiencing this? And have you had similar experiences? The weirdest thing about what happened to me was that they were never consistent or similar experiences. The same thing rarely happened twice. That's another weird thing about it but I guess that can be for another thread one day.
